- 在getWorkspaceConnectionConfigPath()中添加工作区路径验证
- 在getWorkspaceConnectionConfig()中添加工作区路径验证
- 当没有找到工作区时抛出描述性错误
- 解决VSCode扩展尝试创建.openmcp目录时的ENOENT错误

refactor: 更新task-loop注释，移除过时的XML工具调用说明

- 删除handleChunkDeltaContent函数注释中关于XML指令包裹的toolcall描述
- 该功能现在在toolcalled生命周期后处理，而非chunk生命周期中处理
